COLORBOND® Intramax® steel is specifically designed for the manufacture of coolroom panels for cold storage and other temperature-controlled environments, providing excellent benefits for the food industry. It combines proven durability coupled with product conformance to Australian Standards for paint, AS/NZS 2728:2013, and for metal coating, AS 1397-2011. Some examples of where COLORBOND® Intramax® steel may be used are cold logistic facilities, supermarkets, food retailers, abattoirs, food processing plants, manufacturing facilities, restaurants and cafes to name a few.

Range of Insulated Panels
Typically manufactured into panels comprising of two steel sheets adhered to an insulative core; there are a number of core materials available, some of which are incorporated in FM Approved panel systems. These panels are manufactured by specialist producers across Australia using continuous forming equipment to create a rigid panel.
