XLERPLATE® steel structural grades consist of a range of medium and high strength plate products with varying nominal yield strengths. Typical uses consist of structural members, general fabrications, bridges, storage tanks and structures for high-rise buildings.

To achieve your specific requirements these grades are also available as

  • low temperature plate products with guaranteed impact properties at -15°C,
  • floor plate that is a plate with raised pattern on one surface
  • weathering resistant steel.

The benefits of XLERPLATE® steel structural grades are guaranteed minimum strength levels and excellent weldability. Medium strength grades exhibit excellent formability while high strength grades exhibit good formability.
